About

I currently work as a visual artist (fine art, illustration and art-research), commercial artist (creating artwork for interiors / businesses) and as an online trader specialising in vintage and preowned Armani jewellery (trading as The Yorkshire Jewellery Gallery).

I have a PhD in Health Studies, a BA (Hons) Illustration, a BSc (Hons) Nursing (Learning Disabilities), a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) and a varied background working in art, health, learning disabilities, research and teaching (adult, community and higher education).

Personally and artistically I am interested in art and wellbeing, phenomenological investigation in art and the study of essences, botanical illustration, story telling and portfolio careers. I am currently creating art focused on natural objects and landscapes (virtual and non-virtual).
